In May, when the full moon rose and the Dragon constellation was at the highest point in the sky, the ancient Chinese people said that the Moon's bright light would shine with a special light, and so they named it the Dragon Moon. Villagers would bathe themselves in the moonlight. It is said that the old become younger, the ill find new health, the weary grow life, and sadness turns to joy. As the legend goes, stories told under the Dragon Moon will never be forgotten.

The Dragon Moon fragrance ignites the energy of the moon. It begins with ripe notes of the evocative and sensual fig. Then balanced with White Tea, Amber Blanc, and Spring Musk create a scent light enough for heavy wings to take flight, and green and bright enough to inspire our youthful energy.

Spend a moment thinking about an intention that you would like to infuse your perfume with. It could be love, grace, abundance, getting your perfect home, job, love, etc. (Side note...NEVER include another person in this intention, this is all about you and no one else. Promise?)

Hold your perfume bottle between your hands and close your eyes. In your minds eye see the bottle filling up with a pale pink light and see your intention in this pink light. See it, feel it, be in that feeling for a full minute. Now put on your perfume and inhale the scent.

EVERY TIME you put on this perfume I want you to feel into that intention.

You are free to reset the intention on your bottle whenever you like, but it will hold your intention until the bottle is finished.

For centuries human cultures have given names to the full moon throughout the year. It was common to name the moons based on the behaviors of the plants, animals, crops, weather or season. Many ancient cultures used moon phases and cycles to keep track of the seasons and gave a unique name to each recurring full moon and the mysterious effect it brought.

The Modern Day Witch uses the phases of the moon to enhance her own personal brand of magic. For some it is as simple as putting a crystal on a windowsill under a full moon to cleanse and charge the stone. For others it is a more elaborate dance between the different faces of the moon.
